These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made by telephone, by email, in person or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of services by Sonia Style Solutions

Booking Process

To confirm your session with me, after your introductory call during which we will have discussed which service/s you'd like as well as dates and times, I will send you an invoice via email which needs to be paid in full upon receipt.

Styling Sessions & Payments

Payment for styling appointments and gift vouchers must be made upon purchase/booking and are accepted in Euros. Payments are to secure the appointment and are non-refundable.

Your session will begin and last the duration it is booked for and it is your responsibility to arrive on time. On the occasion when a styling session runs over, extra time will be charged 40 EUR per half an hour and 80 EUR per hour.

Personal Shopping Experience

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking the Personal Shopping Experience in Mallorca for women. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to comply with these terms:

Service Description:

The Personal Shopping Experience is designed to assist you in finding your unique style by offering guidance, advice, and assistance during a shopping excursion.

The service includes:

An initial telephone consultation will be scheduled to discuss your specific requirements, preferences, and objectives for the personal shopping experience.

A video call for preparation before the shopping trip and further discuss your expectations. The purpose of this video call is to understand your needs, style preferences, budget constraints, and any specific items or brands you are interested in.

Prior research to determine the best shopping locations based on your needs and budget. I will conduct prior research to identify the best shopping locations and stores based on your needs and budget.

My goal is to maximize your shopping experience by selecting the most suitable location for your objectives.

The personal shopping experience minimun of 2 hours of shopping together with your personal shopper. Additional shopping time can be arranged

Booking and Payment

Payment for the personal shopping experience must be made in advance, and the fee is non-refundable.

Booking dates and times are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Any additional expenses incurred during the shopping trip, such as purchases made at stores, transportation, or dining, are not included in the personal shopping fee and will be your responsibility.

Wardrobe Edit Experience

Before booking the Wardrobe Edit Experience, please carefully review and agree to the following terms and conditions. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to abide by these terms:

Service Description

The Wardrobe Edit Experience is designed to help you assess and improve your wardrobe, providing clarity on your style, body shape, and clothing choices.

The duration will be established once I assess your wardrobe, depenidng on the size can be up to 6 hours.

The service includes:

An initial phone consultation to discuss your wardrobe requirements.

An initial telephone consultation will be scheduled to discuss your specific requirements, preferences, and objectives for the wardrobe edit experience.

Body shape analysis to better understand what clothing styles complement your figure.

I will analyse your body shape to help you understand which clothing styles are most flattering for you.

Reviewing your current clothing items and assisting with decluttering.

During the experience, your wardrobe will be reviewed and decluttered to identify what works and what doesn't.

Providing a shopping list of missing items needed to enhance your wardrobe.

Sharing knowledge and tips to maximize your existing wardrobe's potential.

You will learn how to dress in a way that complements your body shape and aligns with your personal style. Tips and tricks will be shared to help you make confident and considered clothing choices.

Payment must be made in advance to secure your booking.

Booking dates and times are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

By booking the Wardrobe Edit Experience, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Myr goal is to help you achieve a well-organized and stylish wardrobe that suits your individual needs and preferences.

 If you have any questions or require clarification regarding these terms, please contact me before making your reservation.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Please give me a minimum of 7 days notice if you need to reschedule. I know that life is busy and we all have so many commitments, and illness, life happens etc, so if you need to cancel at late notice, please do so at the earliest opportunity. You may reschedule once free of charge, but please rebook for another session that day. If you cancel at the last minute a second time, your session will be invalid and you may lose your payment.

Gift Experience

If you choose to gift any of the experiences offered please be aware that the recipient must schedule and use the experience within 6 month from the date of the gift purchase. After the 6 months period has elapsed, the gift experience will expire, and it will no longer be valid for redemption.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to schedule and utilize the experience within the stipulated time frame.

Any additional styling services beyond the voucher's value will be billed separately.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Recipients can schedule their styling sessions at their convenience, subject to availability.

Relationship with Stores

Sonia Style Solutions does not act as an agent for any of the stores to which she may introduce you or accompany you for shopping. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store. Sonia Style Solution has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of Services by Sonia Style Solutions.

Style Events

I require a minimum of 7 days notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. You are entitled to a full refund for any cancellation made over 7 days.

Location

Sonia Style Solution is ideally placed for services in Mallorca. You can, of course, choose your preferred location. If you are located outside of Mallorca, travel costs will apply.

Home Visits

I am happy to drive to your home for appointments, please inform me of any parking restrictions. I allow a maximum of 45 minutes travels. Anything more than this is subject to additional 20 Euros added to the invoice to cover fuel and time.

Privacy

You will automatically opt into Sonia Style Solution newsletter upon booking an Initial Free Consultation, filling the Style Questionnaire. (with the option the opt-out later).

I take data security seriously and employ industry-standard measures to protect your personal information provided during consultations, video calls, and throughout the personal shopping experience.

All data, including personal details and shopping preferences, will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of providing my services.

Confidentiality:

Sonia Style Solutions agrees to keep all personal and financial information of the Client

confidential.

The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information regarding Sonia Style Solutions methods or business practices.

 Liability:

While I strive to provide valuable style advice, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to the availability or suitability of the recommended clothing items. Sonia Style Solutions is not responsible for any issues related to the purchase, delivery, or quality of the recommended products.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate size and preference information.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.

My aim is to enhance your shopping experience and help you build a wardrobe that suits your style and lifestyle.

Sonia Style Solutions may revise these terms at any time. You are bound by any such revisions so please review the terms of business on a regular basis
